Return, Replacement and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jagannath World, operated by Real Enterprises. We carefully inspect and securely pack every order before dispatch. As many of our products are handmade, minor differences in colour, painting, texture, pattern or finish may naturally occur.

1. Eligible Cases

A return, replacement or refund request may be accepted when:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • The product is defective.

  • An incorrect product or size was sent.

  • An item included in the confirmed order is missing.

  • The product is materially different from its website description.

Customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate courier-related damage promptly.

2. Evidence Required

Please send:

  • Order number

  • Registered name and phone number

  • Complete parcel-opening video, where available

  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label

  • A short description of the problem

An unboxing video helps us verify damage or missing-item claims quickly. However, each complaint will be reviewed fairly based on all available evidence and applicable consumer law.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or replacements are generally not available for:

  • Incorrect size, colour or product selected by the customer

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery

  • Products returned without their original packaging and included accessories

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Damage caused by water, moisture, chemicals, perfume, improper cleaning or improper handling

  • Minor handmade variations that do not affect the product’s use

  • Natural characteristics of wood, brass, fabric or other handcrafted materials

  • Change-of-mind requests after dispatch

This does not restrict any rights available to customers under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.

4. Handmade Product Variations

Jagannath World products may be handcrafted and hand-painted. Minor variations in colour, brushwork, carving, fabric pattern, ornament placement, dimensions or finish are part of their handmade character and are not normally considered defects.

Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

5. Size Selection

Customers should check the product title, measurements, size chart, description and package contents before ordering. Dress sizes refer to the compatible idol size unless otherwise stated.

Returns caused solely by incorrect size selection may not be accepted.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If Jagannath World cancels an order after payment, the full amount received will be refunded.

7. Claim Review

After receiving the required information, our team will review the request. If approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the affected product

  • Replacement of the missing component

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Another mutually agreed resolution

The appropriate resolution will depend on product availability, the nature of the issue and applicable law.

8. Returning an Approved Product

Do not send a product back without approval from Jagannath World.

If a return is approved, the product must be securely packed with its original packaging, accessories and invoice, where available. We will provide the return instructions and applicable shipping arrangements.

For a verified damaged, defective or incorrect product, Jagannath World will bear or reimburse reasonable approved return-shipping charges.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. After initiation, the amount may take approximately 5–10 working days to appear, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable for customer-requested cancellations or discretionary returns unless required by law.
